Damnit, another clunk thread...and its not the trans mount

I replaced my old mount w/ a polly one like 6 months ago, and I have been noticing some wierd clunks and bump from the trans. Such as if I am crusing at 50 mph, let off the gas and just tap it again I get a clunk/bump as the trans torques up again. What the hell else can cause this besides the trans mount? I get a clunk on the 2-3 shift too, tho only on partial throttle.

Driveshaft U Joints and your LCA bolts might be loose.

U-joints are a definite possibility, especially if you hear the clunk when putting the car in gear.
