please help me with my clutch woes

please help me with my clutch woes

my stock clutch is done, now which is better for everyday driving and some track runs, i want a clutch that will hold up at the track, i will have longtubes and exhaust, which stage should i get and should i get billet steel flywheel or aluminum? how much lighter is aluminum? what are the prose and cons? i appreciate any help, wheres the best place tp get everything i need and are there any good detailed install instructions for a clutch and flywheel? what all do i need besides clutch pressure plate throw out bearing fluwheel and that stuff? where in pa can i get the pressure plate and flywheel balanced? sorry for so many questions

Spec 3 should work fine

it will come with the new throwout bearing, and pilot bushing. it should also come all balanced from the factory.

for track use a good billet steel fw will work just fine, or have your stock fw resurfaced. alum fw is best for road racing and autoX.

www.speed-eng.com was having a sale on Spec. i got my stg 4 for REALLY cheap...check the GP forum...it should stil be on.
