Piolet Bushing or Bearing?

Piolet Bushing or Bearing?
I ordered a Stage III clutching for my car and recently got it in the mail. It comes with a piolet bushing. I dont really like the idea. I believe I can get a bearing from jegs for arround $14.. is it worth it?
