Converting drivetrain question(stupid)

i have always wondered if you can convert say a 1993+ camaro z28 or ss into an all wheel drive vehicle? is it even possible? how much would it cost?

I tried to search Google, and all I could find was turning AWD's into RWD's.

It would all have to be custom fabricated (if even possible), so you are not going to find a cost out there for such a thing.

I don't think you would have enough room up front, even with an IRS setup and a V6. If it's handling you're looking for, just buy some suspension parts.

could it be done... of course... IF you have deep enough pockets; and even then it'd be COMPLETELY custom. Tube-Frame, moving the motor back, Cyclone/Typhoon drivetrain, custom floor-boards, custom front suspension... the '32 ford couple that Rad Rods by Troy built was a 4wd/awd car. My guess is even if you did it all yourself, you're looking at a couple years work, and $30k-$50k.
