I wonder if he (the customer) fixed it and it was something simple. Too ashamed to admit it? It certainly seems odd to have the two trannies w/o reverse. But OTOH, coincidences do happen.

sounds about right...like the cable was not put on right, I don't know of anything internal that would do that, esp in 2 separate units

Yes, it seems very odd. I hope we do eventually find out. I have never built anything other than a 'glide, so I don't know for sure, But it does seem odd that it would work x/c for reverse, doesn't it?

Well last I heard he was sending them back so we shall see and I will post what we find if he does either way , We are a str8 up company do things happen of course any company that says theres never a problem is lying

Frank you should be getting a fax tomorow. I have been very busy with school and havent had much time to deal with this. Edit* And no I am not ashamed about anything and I did not fix it and there WAS NOT a problem with the cable as I have adressed this alteast twice already.
