People with 2.73's..what RPM @ 60mph in D

Well..i'm not sure if something is wrong here or not..But today i was driving around in D instead of OD..when i was doin about 60..i noticed my tach was at about 2100-200 RPM..For somereason this seems like its a little bit high. It could just be my imagination..but i could have sworn it would be at an even 2k in regular D @ 60mph..Could it just be my imagination?? or could it be my tranny slipping? or if it was slipping would it be reading higher than that?? I can break the back tires loose pretty much on demand at slow speeds, so i dont think it is my tranny..I was thinking that it may just be from tire wear?? cuz i havent driven in 3rd (D) in awhile..i dont know i'm probably just be paranoid like i always am about my car..Well i would appreciate any feedback...thanks alot guys!

2100 - 2200 sounds right to me? Even this calculator agrees.
