pedal stuck to floor in three

went to the track today and the car ran good all day.Till the last two passes.shifting hard into three the pedal stuck to the floor till i pulled it out of gear.Whats up with that clutch,tranny or hydralics.

witch car

sorry its the 95 i have a star spec stage two and now its making noise in any gear with the clutch in so is that the bearing or the preasure plate.

If it makes noise with the clutch pushed down then maybe it's the throwout bearing. Could be any part of the clutch system though.
