Is it an automatic or manual transmission?

If it's a manual then no; if it's an automatic then something custom could be fabbed.

There is no bolt-on kit.

i remember reading an article on this a while back, where paddle shifters were added into a 3rd gen. It looked fairly simple to install, and all it really did was imitate the shifter moving (moving the shift linkage) when you pressed the paddles. there was a unit which replaced the shifter assembly with a computer controlled box, connected to the paddles.

The problem is if you installed this on a 4L60e, the lag would probably be too annoying to use comfortably. If you've even tried bump-shifting the auto, you know about the pause between when you move the shifter, and when the trans shifting gears "manually"
If you reprogrammed it so the trans shifted quicker AND installed a paddle shift kit you could probably get it done nicely though
