New street twin issues

Hey guys

Just got my lt1 running after 5 years.
I am having some issues with the street twin.
Install went ok. Trans was kind of a bitch to line up and get the trans input shaft in but it went in.

Clutch dissengauges ok and pedal seems like its working ok.

Issue is clutch starts.
Seams like if I do a spirited start I have no issue. But if I got a hill or parking lot and wanna do a slow start I get a lot of clutch vibration and chutter. It almost feels like an on/off clutch.

Everything else feels fine And gear shifts are great, just starts.

Does the street twin have a bad rep for clutch chutter?
Do I maybe have one disk that isn't moving free?
If it didn't mate with splines I can't see being able to assemble it or having problem free shifts.

Master adjustment maybe?
Any other ideas?
Sounds like stuff is gonna blow up with starts like this. Plus sounds horrible
