new help quick th400 conversation.

im getting the run around in diff website,, will a 6 speed crossemember work if you are convertering a lt1 style car to a th400.. some people say it will some people say it wont,, does anyone really know.please pm me if you know..

The trans mount hole needs to be elongated on the 6 speed crossmember..

yes you can use it spohn makes a spacer block that will move it up a little higher so the drive line angle is right you need to get a 400 with a 4 inch tail shaft for it to work. I had got this put the trans in my car and then pulled it out I decided to get a BMR one so I know its going to take the power Im going to throw at it.
