Need tech help on clutch/trans

I am in need of some technical help for my 95 Z28 with 6 speed. Here is the problem and some of the things I have done to try to fix it.

I have been having what feels like my clutch disengaging on hard throttle in 2nd, mostly 3rd and 4th gear and seems to be slow to release in 1st when I go to take off in 1st I let clutch out and on gas normal and it feels like clutch is slow and then I feel it engage. Anyway most of it is noticeable in 3rd and 4th I will be going through the gears and get in upper rpm's around 3500 and up and all of a sudden clutch lets go and the rpm's jump to 5000 so I let off the gas and get back on throttle slow then I feel it reengage. My friend took it for a ride and he said when it happened to him he stayed on gas when the rpm's jumped then very lightly touched the clutch pedal and it reengaged and hooked up and took off like a mother.

So here is what we have replaced.
This started doing this with the original clutch that had 40,000 on it so we thought it was clutch slipping so it was replaced with a spec stage III with fly wheel resurfaced and new throw out bearing, pilot bearing and new rear main seal.
Still did it so we then replaced the whole slave/master with a new GM one and it is still doing same thing there is no oil leaking on to the clutch and I am at a loss of what to do next any help would be appreciated

Thanks, Scott

when you had trans out. did you check the collar where the throwout bearing rides on if it was worn the bearing hangs on it and doesnt fully release clutch. also another thing too look at the pivot and inside of fork where pivot rides. either or will hang bearing from fully releasing.
