Need quick help with tranny mount install

Stock type tranny mount:

Ok, which way goes toward the front of the car?

Does it install like the top picture or the bottom picture?

Thanks to anyone who helps here. I took the broken stock mount out and did not pay attention to which way it goes. I can't stand the vibration I am getting at certain RPMs and at WOT with the Energy Suspension mount.

Again, thanks for your help!!

The stocker doesn't look anything like that. Never saw one before.

Re: Need quick help with tranny mount install

I'm just wondering if the angled side faces the front of the car or the back of the car.

The pics were taken from the side of the mount.

This is the same "made in Korea" piece of crap I initially removed from my car and it was broken. It's the Anchor brand replacement tranny mount.

I'm just hoping it will last and will also get rid of the drivetrain vibration.

If you stick the mount into position, you might notice that the angled side would interfere with the trans pan area. So, the flat side goes toward the front.
