well i did some more test driving and heres what i got:

vibration statrs at ~80Mph and keeps getting worse

vibration goes away MOST of the time when clutch is pushed in or trans is in Nutrual regardless of speed (80+).

there is NO Vibration at any RPMs in any other gear at ANY other speed less than 80Mph.

UMMM HELP

Had the same problem when we put a 5spd in a Lincoln LSC, pinion angle was off. When you put the rearend in do you have stock suspension pieces or adjustable ones? Check your driveshaft make sure under load its not going to far forward and into the trans. I mean by that is when under load rear wants to climb up and it pushes the shaft forward and deeper into the trans tailshaft (could be bottoming out inside the trans) not sure if all this will help, but some check points to start. goodluck Andel

I installed my 12 bolt about 3 days ago and the only problems that I have encountered thus far are a clunking in the rigt rear and DS to long. I will order a custom aulm as soon as I can. Like you I need about a half an inch off. if not pinion angle. Check the tranny mount just to make sure. check the caliper brakets. I had to do some playing around with some shims to get it to clear the rotors. if you find nothing you might want to have the DS rebalenced again....

Well mine was very bad because the counter weight on my custom DS had fallen off and it got reallly bad...They didnt weld it on good enough.
