I think my syncros are going bad. 3rd gear grinds at the track and in the morning on the first time I go into 3rd. I can avoid it if I go into it slower than normal...in the morning that it. It doesn't do it after the car warms up. At the track it does it consistently.

 

I have grinding going into 2nd The best place I found is $550 to repair the grind ,that includes dropping the trans
