Moser 9in install Q's..searched found nothing

Alright, I've been reading through old topics for a couple hours and haven't really found a complete answer.

Car is a 94 Firebird with a 93Z M29 drivetrain.

I will be installing a Moser 9in this weekend and plan on retaining my 1LE driveshaft. I ordered the Moser 9in with the 1350 yoke but I know the yoke on the DS is different. Does anyone have the specs or part# for a conversion u-joint? Also, I expect that I will be able to do this without altering the length of the DS, is this true?

If anyone knows of an install guide, please post a link...I've searched and searched without finding anything.

My driveshaft on my 95 Z28 was about 1" too long for my Moser 9". I replaced it with a Denny's driveshaft and ordered with with the yoke to match the rear.

I was looking for the same thing earlier this year when I had my 9", here you go:

http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=136408

The stock length 1le shaft worked fine with my Moser 9" after getting the right u-joint. Now I have a Moser 12 bolt and really need to get a new driveshaft, the 1le is about 1/2" or more too long for it. Probably going to order a Denny's.

Thanks Gregg 97Z, I remember seeing some posts where you were looking for the info. I was considering emailing you to see what you found out. No need for that now. Just a little upset that I searched for so long and didn't find that thread..

Thanks!!
