Moser 9" 93+ Questions.......

How is the torque arm affixed to the rearend? Am I able to use a factory ford hogshead? (with the guts changed of course) Anyone ever have any fitment issues? Thanks for the help. Derek

What do you mean "hogshead" never heard of taht before.. The TQ bracket is bolted on to pieces that are welded onto the housing. It is not bolted to the center section.

must be a southern thing , I've always heard it called a hogshead, don't know why

yes, that is the hogs head. And yes, I guess it is a southern thing.

I just put mine in, there is a cast bracket that bolts to the housing, and the TA bolts to the bracket.

Moser 9-inch housing/torque arm mount. There are three tubes welded to the housing. The cast bracket bolts to the three tubes:
