Minimum trans temp

I use to have two trans coolers after the radiator. One crappy one and a B&M super cooler. Took Franks (CPT) advice and took off the crappy one. What a difference. But now I'm wondering if the trans is running to cold. In 60 degree weather the trans runs between 155 and 160 degrees. Is this warm enough? Thanks for any thoughts on this.
