MacLeod Twin Disk is slipping (4+ years)

Okay my twin disk is slipping... I need to get an idea what I need to replace. Do I just need the disks and the pressure plate, or do I need to look into getting the whole assembly again?

Contact McLeod; I believe they refurbish the clutch disks, pressure plate and flywheel liner (for aluminum flywheels).
