M6 sticks in 4th
M6 sticks in 4th
I slowed over some rail road tracks today, and when I started to accelerate I got on it pretty hard through 4th. I let off the gas half way through 4th and let off, pushed the clutch in to go to 5th nice and easy, but it was stuck in 4th. The clutch pedal felt fine plenty of pedal pressure, just would not come out of 4th until the car calmed down. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be the problem.
also, did it feel like it was stuck in a weird place between 2nd and 4th? like not just the normal 4th place?
i have a B&M Ripper though, and it happened to me.
it wouldn't move for a few seconds, then i got it out.
i hadn't changed M6 fluid in a few years so i put in Redline D4 ATF. it really helped. smoother and has not happened again.

Because it got dislodged and now your only running on 1 or 2 keys. Youll find the broken pieces in your magnet.
