My brothers 2002 Z28 M6 is sticking in 4th gear and you have to come to a complete stop to get it out of gear. Even then it is hard to get out of gear. The dealership is telling him it will be about $2500 to pull it out and repair it. I don't know much about manual transmissions but that seems a little steep to me. Any suggestions to what the problem might be?
