M6 grinding
Hey everyone,
After my car has sat for a while, say several days or its really cold outside, the first time I shift into 5th, and this only happens in 5th, it grinds going in. It might do it when I downshift into 5th, but after I've driven a few miles or it's warm outside it shifts fine. It has done this on and off for several years now. I changed the tranny fluid when it first started but it didn't help and changed it the other day to see if it would make a difference and it still happened. My fluid level is correct and I used Mobil 1 syn. ATF. Any ideas?
