Question LT1/LT4 clutch recommendation

I currently have the SLP LT4 clutch and it slips sometimes at the track after long burnouts. I need a clutch that is decent to drive on the street and will hold at the track. I've read alot of bad stuff about SPEC clutches. What about Ram?

BTW, I run M/T ET street Radials...

Re: LT1/LT4 clutch recommendation

The McLeod is too expensive. Also, I don't need a clutch capable of handling 1000 hp...
I make 336 hp and 330 tq at the wheels now. That may increase, but not significantly and not in the near future.

I absolutely love my centerforce. Its handled 360 rwhp n/a and a 150 shot. Haven't been able to test it on a really sticky tire since the rear broke first time on slicks. But on 315 Nittos it held fine with the gas on the street.

When you had the Centerforce installed did you replace the flywheel? If so, what kind?

Yeah, I went with an aluminum one. Can't remember what brand it is though. Might be fidanza.
