LT1, A4 to M6 questions

i have a 96 Z/28 4l60e. i am trying to do a t56 swap, but i am having trouble finding parts and i also have some questions.

i have the t56, clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, and shifter. and i need everything else.

1. are ls1 and lt1 pedal assemblys interchangeable?
2. will an ls1 slave cyl work work with an lt1 clutch?
3. are the master clyinders different on a manual compared to an auto?
4. are the drive shafts interchangeable from a4 to m6?
5. is there anything is i should be aware of when attempting this swap?

sorry i have so many questions... but i am kinda stuck right now

2. will an ls1 slave cyl work work with an lt1 clutch?

No. The LS1 slave cylinder bolts to the front cover of the tranny, concentric with the tranny input shaft, and is a conventional "push" design. Completely different than the LT1 slave that bolts to the bellhousing, and uses a fork for a "pull back" design.

4. are the drive shafts interchangeable from a4 to m6?

Yes.
