Ls1 t56 on 94 lt1 4l60e

I'm looking to convert my 94 z28 to a t56 and found a good deal on one off an ls1 camaro. Anyone know if the belhousing and input shaft are the same?

The LS1 input shaft is longer. The clutch is a conventional "pusher" type, not a "pullback" like the LT1 and the hydraulics are different.

to use it on your lt1 - you need the bellhousing, input shaft and midplate for the lt1 car. will be about 600 in new parts. If you can find someone to trade you'll break even i'm sure. the internals/externals on t56s are not cheap!
