LS1 4L60E in an LT1?

LS1 4L60E bolted to an LT1 block? Is it possible, if so where can I find the adapters, and what else needs to be changed to make it work.

The bolt paterns and torque converters are different. I have heard of guy's getting it to bolt up with only 2 of the bolts installed, but I would not recommend that... I don't think anyone sells and adapter plate but I could be wrong...

That's a big negative. Won't work.

The hunt for a 95-97 4L60E is proving near impossible... those I do find, the owners wont get bck to me.
