Loud Boom in the back??

Loud Boom in the back??
Ok I was driving my car and all of a sudden I hear a loud pop Boom coming from the back, as soon as that happened the whole car started to shake!!! 
. Not just shake but really shake the whole car. 
What could I have busted?
