How-to install gears.

I installed some 3.73's today, so I figured I'd take some pix and do a quick write up, maybe it could help a couple people out. Kind of late now so I'll proof read it tomorrow morning for any obvious mistakes

Only thing I would add is to red loctite the pinion nut and provide details on crushing the sleeve IE: how hard it is and to ensure you dont over do it once it does crush.

What an excellent guide! I was going to do this myself but your illustrations explained the details to the extent that I think it's worth paying a shop 3 hours labor to do it instead. I'm truly greatful that you went to the effort to detail the process.
