Earlier today, i got down on it and it was going good and strong then i let off the gas and pushed the gas again lightly, and the tranny did not **** right, it jerked, and the rpm's was up at 3500. And sometimes when i am driving i can push on the gas and i feel a little jerk, and when going slow i push the gas pedal and i hear and feel a jerk and a pop, if anyone has any idea what the hell is going on with my car, please help...thanks

 

It's hard to tell from your description. It could also be the TC. Take it to a reputable shop and have them diagnose it. What car do you have? How many miles?

 

its an 02 z28, 37k miles, well, what i am trying to say is that the rear end is popping alot, not sure whats goin on with it

 

Is it under warranty? If it's a manual then the spider in the diff may have lost a tooth. Or a piece of the ring gear may have chipped off. Could be dangerous if the rear end locks up at speed. I'd take it in ASAP.

 

no it ran out of warranty, and it only pops when i am doing speeds from 5-20 mph, other than that you just feel it jerk a little bit, so i dont know, any help is deeply appreciated, thanks..

 

Take it in to get it checked before something really bad happens.
