I Need Help Asap!!!!!!!! Thanks

I have a 1996 Camaro with a T-56. Well the problem is I dont know if it's the engine or the transmission so I will post it in both. The clutch feels fine. Well I start the engine up and then release the clutch. When I put it in gear and try to go it wont and I release the clutch and the car will rev and not stall. So in other words It wont move at all, I'm thinking either the clutch fork is engaging but not releasing the pressure plate or something in there is screwed or just fell off. Any suggestions? Thanks
