I know my tranny mount is broke I relized it the other day. Now when I try to get on it a little my car feels real sluggish and when I go from a start (not racing just normal driving) it makes a grinding noise some of the time. Is tis normal when the tranny mount is broke or is it my transmission too. Thank you.

 

I've heard that a broken trans mount under hard driving(WOT) can trip knock sensors and pull timing from the banging....That is a bit of a long shot, but I figured i'd toss it out there for others to comment on. Good luck
