How to Change Pinion Seal?

It appears as though my pinion seal is bad. I've noticed a lot of fluid-type gunk on the rear torque arm mount. I cleaned it off, and It was wet again after just one day.
Does anyone know of any good write ups on changing the pinion seal? The rear end kind of makes my nervous, so I'd like detailed instructions. Also, what is the fluid capacity for the rear? My owners manual is gone.
