Help me pick vig torque converter stall speed for my car

I just installed 3.42 gears in my vert to replace the pathetic factory 2.73.They are a nice change.I plan on basic bolt ons I think for this car, likely will go for 1.6 rockers, underdrive, have magnaflow catback, cold air, airfoil,tb bypass little stuff..possibly also go for some nitrous.Am wondering if should stick to 2800 vig or go up to 3000 or even 3200.I think the 3200 are nice for ls1 cars and the lt1 has more torque down low than my ls1 so again was thinking 2800 to 3000 max.I may down the road do some heads and cam and may do some shortie headers. The vert is also my wifes car but I drive it too so like to keep it very streetable for her.Nothing rad.My cars can be rad.Hears has to be streetable so leaning to the 2800 vig but hear they do stall higher than ratings..is the 2800 rated by them still ok.
