Grinding?

Grinding?
My friend has a 95 Z28, and recently installed a SPEC stage 3 clutch. Now it grinds when shifting into 5th, only at full throttle at anything above 5,500 RPM's. Is there a specific way to put on the pressure plate? Any idea what would cause the grinding?
