gear selection

Right now im running a gm847 cam, 150 shot, TCI built 700-r with manual vavle bodies and a 3200-3500 stall along with the stupid 2.73 gears. Im thinking to get the most out of the current set up until i get a 12 bolt ill just toss a set of cheep gears in the 10 bolt ( before everyone says just save your money for the new rear i have a guy that can get me the gears real cheep and my friends shop will install them for next to nothing). with my set up would you go 3.73 or 4.10 not to worried about gas and i do want it to get up and go but i also dont want to top out on highway runs.

Re: gear selection

3.73's...4.10's are just TOO much for an auto
