What flywheel would i have to run if i wanted to use a sbc w/ the lt1 t56. i know it will bolt up fine as far as the bellhousing but the flywheel would need to be different i would think to accomidate the 2 piece rear main seal design. I already havea mcleod street twin so i was planning on reusing it with a new flywheel that works properly. Also would you have to run the lt1 starter still? thanks

I need to know the same thing, the only problem is my engine is a 2 piece seal 383. What flywheel? Anyone?

 

you need the same one i need then for the 2 piece rear main seal. mcleod and centerfore make it..i just need to find time to call. i though someone on here would have done it before though
