flywheel/PP alignment

flywheel/PP alignment
i am installing a used, resurfaced flywheel on car in sig. the flywheel is stock and the PP and disc is Mcleod. i cannot find any marks on either the flywheel or the PP. i have heard that just installing any way could cause balance/vibration issues. what can i do?
