Unhappy Flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate? Which brand?

Ok I just got this baby for my s10:

She's a lil beatup (needs rebuild). But the parts are on the way.

In the mean time I need to get a flywheel/clutch setup. Once the turbo is setup on the 4.3L she'll be cranking around 550 at the crank. So I need a decent setup. Also the trucks main purpose (limited street use) is autocrossing and road racing (lots of shifting). Mabye an alum flywheel if they're not to expensive?

Also wheres a good place to get a pro 5.0 shifter?
