Flushing Trans cooler lines??

Well the day has finally come and tonight after work I will be installing my new CPT race trans and I plan on using the stock (RAD) cooler and a second B&M cooler.

My questions is how should I flush the lines from the stock rad cooler?? with compressed air?? is there a fluid to use for this??
because the last time I used my car is when I blew my trans last october and I am sure that there is either junk or contaminated oil in them right now.

Thanks for the help.

Gary.

Most parts stores here in the US have a product designed just for that and it is actually called transmission cooler flush or something similar!
