Flexplate to crank bolts keep coming loose.

I have the TH-400 and am using arp flexplate to crank bolts. Going by my chiltons, and ARP directions, It says to torque them using moly. This is the 2nd time they have loosened. Could some bad vibrations be causing the to loosen or should I use a little medium strength loc-tite. I am also getting a lot of wheel hop, could this be due to the pinion angle not being set right or do I need lca relocation brackets? any help would be appreciated. thanks

I use and have always used red Loctite on my flex plate bolts.

Even with that, they still worked out some and everything was rattling really bad.

Do you have the dowel in the crank?
