Question F1 Clutch And flywheel Stage 2 Installed.

Hey all, I had just bought the Ebay Gripforce F1 Clutch and Flywheel stage 2 kit and had it installed a few days ago. I wanted to ask for some advice/knowledge since this is my first aftermarket clutch that I have had replaced in my 96' Z-28(82K)... I am getting a bit Clutch Chatter when the clutch pedal is disengaged, it isnt very substantial but I am worried that later down the road it will be a lot louder.. I have reason to believe it may be the throwout bearing because when I Engage the clutch(Pedal In) the noise will be gone. Is this normal for aftermarket stage 2 clutches? I also have to hit about over 2K RPM and pop the clutch out fast to get it out of 1st Gear... It ISNT anything like the old one where you can toggle to find the grab point. Its either a hit or miss, and if you miss the whole damn rear end shakes forcing me to clutch in and try it again. Also, the mods on the 96' Z-28 is a full exhaust (3' Pipes) and a K&N Cold Air Intake.
Any advice would be appreciated from another brother with a Z... Thanks guys.

This is the LT1 Based Engine Tech forum. I'll move your post to the correct "Drivetrain" forum.

I would highly not recommend it. I had it inspected by a mechanic and he had told me it was of cheap materials. The bearing had been seized, and the weight for the PP was not balance resulting in mediocre "chatter". To avoid high problems for the future, I would avoid the "F1" or "Gripforce" brand and go with name brands that are reliable.
