dust shield for t56?

dust shield for t56?

on the t56, is there a dust shield for the part of the bellhousing that is exposed?

I ran into the same problem about a month ago. Couldn't find one anywhere.
I made one out of sheet aluminum. First I made a pattern out of cardboard, then transferred it to the aluminum.
Aluminum is easy to work with and all it does is cover the flywheel. It's not a perfect seal and it's not structural.

thats exactly what im about to do . maybe throw some silicone on the edge for a better seal for those rainy days
