Doing 3.73 Gears, what to expect from stock 10 Bolt?

Assuming its an all original 72K mile 10 Bolt, what should be expected to be replaced? I have the gears, a mini install kit (crush sleeve, shims, ring bolts, gasket, pinion seal) as well as a new 10 Bolt Cover from TA and TA Stud kit. I was told by the gear installer that the car may need new carrier bearings, what else should I expect?

re

sounds good, I replaced the bearings on the end of the axles also. Just make sure the installer has enough shims to set everything up right and have a manual for all the specs o how tight the crush sleeve will be, backlash, blah blah blah. Is he using a pinion depth toll or is he going to be using the marking compound t set up your pattern? Good Luck, mine howls from the street twin

I'm taking it to a performance shop that specializes in F-body stuff, hes done quite a few gear installs so I'mhoping between the kit and shop, they should have all needed components and tools. The kit has a marker in it.The bearings on the axle ends, wouldnt happen to be the wheel bearings would they? I'm thinking I should tell them to replace those as well just for maintance and ease at that point, at one $10 a pop, may as well. Also what about the pinion bearing?
