Does my tranny have a short?

So i just recently had the tranny refreshed in my 95 z28. Everything was going fine and all of the sudden the ignition fuse under the hood was blowing out. Thanks to another thread on this site, i started to find out the problem. When i unpluged the tranny the fuse stopped blowing. What does this mean? Does my tranny have a short somewhere? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Wire could be trapped between the pan and case easy mistake causing short beyond that check the solenoids for short to ground
