Exclamation do 4:10 gears require paddle pin kit?

"If your installing 4.10:1 gears in your 7.5 or 7.625 differential, you will need this PADDLE PIN KIT to complete the installation. This specially designed kit replaces the stock pin with a 2 piece pin designed for the "thicker" 4.10 gear set". From lmperformance website. They also want 175.00 for the kit.

The paddle kit is only required for cars equipped with the Zexel Torsen differential. Your 94 doesn't have a Torsen. They were an option on the SS models from SLP.
