cruise control no work

cruise control no work

my cruise control just up and died on me. i try and set it up at speeds above 25 MPH and nothing. any suggestions on where to start looking? i would like to keep it.

Make sure the switches on the brake and clutch pedal are working. If either is broke then no cruise.

If any brake lights are out that will kill it, too (or at least it's the third brake light)

Thats the first thing I would check is the third brake light.

My ABS light stays on because i went to an LED tailight. Could that be the culprit? And thanks for the help.

Third brake light...... on just about any GM car or truck will do this ......at least around that year model.....also check your fuses
