alright, my friend is selling a fuddle 3400 stall, he is asking 300. Do you guys think that is a good deal, or what. Also, how hard is it to install a stall?
I know i will have the "stall wall" problem-but i can get that tuned out no problem. My car right now is a bolt on only, but it is soon getting 3.73 gears, and a LE2 head/LE3 cam setup

 

How did he like it? It didn't come out of a trashed trans, did it? If the converter is clean, I would give it a go.

 

he liked it, but it was also in a 396 with ported heads and a cam and 3.90 gears. The trans. was still good

 

While Fuddle would not be my first choice for 300 bucks I would give it a shot.

I too would stress that you be sure it came out of a good trans. If the trans was shot the converter won't last too long.

 

What about TCI or b&m stalls, ive heard some good things about the superstreet fighter stalls
