Question Corvette aluminum driveshaft for my V6: Interchangeability?

Are any of the late model Corvette aluminum driveshafts interchangeable to swap the 2 piece steel shaft found under my '96 V6 Camaro?

I know the F-Body LT1 & LS1 aluminum shafts are a direct fit. Research shows me they are 41.5 inches from each end of the yoke centerlines but I want to know your opinions coming from the Vette drivetrain only. It seems to me they might possibly share the same GM drivetrain wisdom but not sure yet.

The C5 and C6 Corvettes have the tranny in the back, combined with the differential housing. The driveshaft runs at engine RPM all the time, and is completely different than an F-Body DS. Its also contained in a "torque tube", which rigidly connects the engine to the fully independent tranny/diff assembly, that is bolted solidly to the frame. The DS doesn't even need universals.

That pic is convincing enough but what about TPI era Vettes or the ones that came with the 700-R4, would they include an aluminum driveshaft for 4th Gen V6 3.8L Camaros? Digging deeper here...

This is a photo of a C4 driveshaft. Appears to be aluminum. Only the length is in question.

To complicate things even more, appears the C4 A4 and M6 driveshafts are different lengths.

Why complicate things with a Corvette DS, when you can get an aluminum driveshaft from a 4th Gen F-Body V8 (LT1 1LE's, and some LS1's)?

I know the driveshafts are a direct fit from the 5.7 LS1's. Someone asked me about what Vettes offer and you have answered my question thoroughly.

Now I can collect bets if someone asked me GM's drivetrain interchangeability!
