Is this clutch useable or worn out?

Had to pull the motor for a spun cam bearing, not a lot of money to spend after the machine shop bills, so i know the clutch was replaced not long ago, I think its a LT4 PP from the looks of it with a stock clutch disk, it chatters a bit but has never slipped in any gear, i had the flywheel resurfaced while its out too. Is this clutch too worn out to put back in? how about the pressure plate? Anyone know what brand this is for sure? Mods are in sig. Maybe just a new (is that stock) clutch disk from autozone? resurface the LT4 PP? Thx.

That looks like a stock disc to me. If you're sure the flywheel and PP are in good shape, I would recommend tossing that disc and buying a SPEC stage 3 disc or maybe a McLeod or other brand disc. I think they cost anywhere from ~$99-$170.

If it is apart, might as well change it now.

Dont spec clutches use a pressure plate that grips "tighter"? I would just buy a new clutch assembly if I had mine all apart.

no.,.. valeo pp same as lt4

it would prolly be a good idea to just grab a mcleod street single for the 175 they cost, and throw it in while it will be so easy
