Clutch recommendation

Ok, so something happened to my clutch, don't know what but car will not fully disengage and there is a noise when clutch is fully depressed while in gear? I believe the clutch or PP came apart and now there is something wedged in between PP and clutch....Anyways I have my trans almost pulled ad need some recommendation as to what clutch kit I should go with for a lightly modded car? Any advise anyone can lend would be greatly appreciated oh, keep in mind that I'm kinda on a budget and $400 would be my max.

I had good success with the LT4 clutch. That was ages ago though.
