clutch master cylinder

clutch master cylinder

So how do i check the clutch master cylinder fluid on my T56. I see can see the master cylinder below the brake booster but i dont know how to check the fluid level. It doesnt say in my haynes manual.

There's a white nylon reservoir on the firewall, right above the clutch master, next to the brake master. Level should be maintained near the top of the reservoir.

My cap says to fill 'above the step' which I think refers to the line inside the reservoir. Above that, and there isn't room for the rubber insert.
